What's that I see?

This Bank Holiday weekend, Poppet and I made a little trip to Little Venice We spent the day lazily messing around by the river canal. This video captures one of my favourite moments of the day. We were just about to make our way home, when we heard a jazz band playing, just on the side of the canal. Postponing our departure, we made our way back down to the water's edge and found a spot to have a little dance.
Poppy loved the live music, bopping her head and jigging her feet. Then she saw it...

Quack Quack

After reading Fox's Socks enough times to no longer read it but recite it, Poppy {or Poppet, as she is more frequently called} paid little or no interest in poor old Fox's socks, but more to the little ducks which feature on each page.
Soon after, came the constant quacking; pulling the book off the shelf, climbing up on my lap, forceable taking my finger to point at the ducks on each page, whilst happily quacking away.
And this, so it would seem, appeared to be the beginning of my little Poppet's love for quack-quacks.
